Varch, a new project which creates ArchLinux Virtual Machines

I started a python project called Varch a few weeks ago, and the code is stable and published now. Varch generates ArchLinux virtual machines for qemu, kvm and virtualbox, as well as generic vm images which can be used or converted to other virtual machine monitors.

Varch will only run on ArchLinux, since it requires the ArchLinux system tools like pacman and AIF, but the images can of course be used on any hypervisor. Varch has documentation available on the ArchLinux wiki, the code is GPL3 and the mercurial repository is available via google code:

If you find Varch useful please let me know!
